A BFB membership is a prepaid plan that gives you access to regular treatments each month, with built-in perks and flexibility.

There are two types:

Set Memberships – pre-designed treatment programs with weekly or monthly payment options
Custom Memberships – completely tailored to your needs (e.g. mix of skin + lashes, or skin + body)

💸 How Payments Work

You choose your plan based on your goals or routine
Payments are made weekly or monthly via direct debit
No credit checks or third-party lenders required
Your appointments are tracked, and you’ll be reminded when it’s time to book in
You’re only ever charged what’s listed — no hidden extras

🔁 How to Use It

Book your appointments regularly and in advance to know you schedule
Need to skip a month? You can roll over one treatment for up to 60 days
Want to switch tiers or update your treatment type? No problem — just give 14 days' notice
All memberships are non-transferrable or refundable, but fully flexible within your account
